The apartment is situated in a quiet, London residential street in West London. It is close to three tube stations, the closest (Shepherd's Bush Market) being a 4 minute walk. Transport links are excellent. Both the Olympic Park and Heathrow Airport can be reached in approx 45 minutes by tube. Nottinghill and the Thames are walking distance; the West End is 20 minutes by tube and the trendy East End half an hour. The area is vibrant, with plenty of good pubs and bars nearby. The recently opened Westfield Shopping Centre is only a 6 minute walk (cinema/restaurants/shops).

The bedroom is spacious, with a large window looking onto a garden and trees. The bed is a super king size and sleeps 2. Next door in the sitting room there is a VERY comfortable Conran sofa bed that sleeps two.
The sitting room is also spacious, with two large windows looking onto the street, a working fireplace, sofa, chairs and table for dining that seats 6 comfortably. It is very cosy.
There is a separate kitchen (with hob, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine) and a bathroom on the landing.
Facilities include:- Large colour TV/ DVD; Internet access; stereo with option to play from Ipod; ample storage space with wardrobes and chest of drawers; iron and board; fan; central heating; bedding for 4 people; radio; hairdryer.

Terms of rental

The apartment is available for 4 weeks in 1 week blocks, between 21/7/2012 and 18/8/2012, at £1000 per week, with a minimum rental of 1 week.
50% of the cost is payable immediately on reservation to secure the property, with the balance payable on 1/5/2012. A damage deposit of £500 is payable in cash on arrival, returned on departure.
Payment method for the deposit and balance is negotiable with myself.
