Terms of rental

Minimum rental of 1 week. 50% of the cost is payable immediately on reservation to secure the property, with the balance payable on 30/6/2012. A damage deposit cheque of £300 will be required on arrival but will NOT be cashed unless necessary. Payment method for the deposit and balance is negotiable.
