Views from the South overlook the newly regenerated Pepys Park, and North over more parkland, the Thames and Canary Wharf. Each room is generous in size and tastefully decorated in a modern style with natural colours.

Located on the Thames Pathway, near to Deptford High Street, Greenwich, Surrey Quays and Canada Water, the following transport services the area:

- 199, 188 and 47 bus routes (to Greenwich Park, the O2 and City)
- Surrey Quays Tube on the East London Line: 0.7 miles
- Greenland Pier River Service for Thames Clipper to Canary Wharf: 0.5 miles
- Canada Water Tube on the Jubilee Line (to Stratford): 1.1 miles
- Cutty Sark DLR (to Excel Centre): 1.4 miles

The apartment is four years old and is on the 5th floor of a 6 floor building, accessible by lift or stairs. Each floor of the building has an additional security door.
