Terms of rental

The apartment is available for 4 weeks in 1 week blocks, between 21/7/2012 and 18/8/2012, at £1500 per week, with a minimum rental of 1 week.
50% of the cost is payable immediately on reservation to secure the property, with the balance payable on 1/5/2012. A damage deposit of £500 is payable in cash on arrival, returned on departure.
Payment method for the deposit and balance is negotiable with myself.
All bedding is provided.
