The property is in a quiet residential area with off street parking for two vehicles and is perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle for a good night’s sleep but perfect to be back in the thick of the action within 15 to 20 mins of the Olympics by Tube or Car.

This property comprises of 3 bedrooms (2 which are double), 2 WC and 1 bathroom, 2 reception rooms, kitchen, and large garden with attached garage used for storage.

All the bedrooms are fully furnished with beds and wardrobes.
Currently sleeping six, it can sleep 8 comfortably in the bedrooms and 2 more in the first lounge if required.

The bathroom contains a power shower providing instant hot water for your needs and also the option to use a bath tub. The garden is laid to lawn with a patio area, swing and slide for children and a BBQ. The garden also has outdoor table and chairs.

There are two lounges, the first could be used for sleeping. The 2nd lounge has a 46 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, cable/sky, Play Station 3, internet access, 2 x three seater sofas, a dining table that comfortably sit six people.

The kitchen is supplied with a washer dryer machine, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, cutlery, crockery etc with plenty of storage space.

A cleaner can be arranged, along with the property manager to ensure everything is to your satisfaction, however we would expect that you keep the house in order during your stay.

There is a large open park 5 minutes from the home if you wish for an early morning stroll and there are local restaurants, eating establishments and groceries all within 5 minutes walking distance. The central line is a 5 minute walk or a bus can be taken which is one minute from the house.
