We have a lovely two bedroom, two storey cottage, for rent from 27th July - 12th August... for £3,500.00. Extra dates can be negotiated. The house comfortably accommodates 4 people... children may be negotiable.

The house has a living room, dining room, large kitchen, bathroom/toilet with bath and shower, a conservatory/entertaining area (with a fire place) which has double French doors opening out into the garden/decking area with a big BBQ out door eating table (photos to follow...) and two double bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom also has a ceiling fan and small TV.

Located in a great location of West London (Brentford), we are on the Piccadilly (Blue) tube line between Heathrow Airport and where the Olympic are held, or the Central (Red) tube line to Ealing Broadway is also an option. We are also near Kew Bridge overground train station which takes you straight into Waterloo station. There are also 24 hour bus services available from the West End (Central London).

Nearby we have: Thames River and Richmond with popular riverside pubs, wine bars and restaurants... Kew Botanical Gardens... Richmond (Conservation) Park with wild Deers... Broadway Shopping Centre and Cinemas... there is a small shop for easy pickup of essentials on the same block, and 5 mins walk away is a Supermarket, Banks, shops, Petrol station and many other facilities...

**MUST BE CAT FRIENDLY** I have two friendly cats which will stay during your stay... guests must be happy with this arrangement. Feeders, will come and feed them once a day. I will reduce the rent by £85 if you choose to feed the cats for us.

A non-refundable £1500.00 advance payment is required to secure this booking. £1000.00 deposit will be required and returned upon damage-less departure. We will provide you with a home-made info pack with maps, directions, guides, transport facilities, restaurants and home-delivery food etc so that everything is at your finger tips.
