Damage Deposit £500 (to be paid on arrival and returnedto you on departure subject to deductions: we understand accidents happen, I'm not bothered about broken plates or glasses, this deposit is to protect us from damage to antiques / big electrical items such as TV)

If dealing directly (ie not though an agent):
50% deposit required to secure booking, to be paid by PayPal please.
50% balance due either as cash on arrival or by Paypal min 1 week before arrival.

A standard ‘Short Let’ / ‘Holiday Let’ Agreement (contract) will be provided.

If you prefer, a reputable Lettings Agent can be used to handle deposits and payments, a 20% charge applies, you will be asked to pay half (i.e. 10%) and I will pay the other half (10%).
