This house is a short walk from Blackhorse Rd Tube and overground on the Victoria line tube line which has great links through to Euston, Kings Cross, Oxford Circus and Victoria coach station.
The main olympic site is a 25 mins journey on public transport by bus or by train.
Walthamstow is a multicultural residential area with an underground creative scene.
There are plenty of things to do in and around the area, including the William Morris Gallery, Epping Forest, Europes longest market, Walthamstow Village and a short tube ride to Islington where there is a vast choice of restaurants and bars.

Walthamstow is located 5 mins from the A406 north circular road, 25mins from the M25 and 10 mins from the M11. There is on street permit parking available for one car.

Sleeping arrangments
Master bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobe storage space. This is a large room, with space on the floor for additional people if required and agreed.

Bedroom 2 has plenty of warderobe space and one double bed with a relaxing view onto the back garden.

Box room has a single bed and wardrobe/drawers.

Extra sleeping (for 2) could be provided in living area on large comfortable sofas or a fold out bed.

Bathroom
Recently redecorated and is fresh and clean. light up demister mirror, bath with overhead electric shower and toilet.

Dining room.
Beautiful grand room with original features. Stunning one of a kind designer table which seats 8 people comfortably.

Garden
a great outdoor space with decking and garden furniture. Full use of a bbq.

House has new designer carpets and parquet floor throughout.

Bed linen and towels will be provided (included in price.)

We want our guests to feel at home and will do all we can to help out.
If you book the whole house, you wil have privacy and the house to yourselves.

Additionally we have wifi, freeview tv, playstation 3, nintendo WII and you will have use of a laptop during your stay.

Well behaved pets will be considered.
smoking is allowed but only in ouside areas.

If you require additional or extended dates, please enquire.
We will consider short lets or individual rooms also.

50% Deposit to hold Olympic house rental.
Balance Three Months Before arrival.
£1000 damage deposit upon arrival.

Damage deposit returned on the last day.
Other deposits are non-refundable.
