The house is in a great location, with close proximity to several underground/rail stations, Wood Street Rail station, Walthamstow Central and Leytonstone Underground providing quick access to Central London as well as the Olympics. There is also a bus stop near the end of the road where you can catch buses to Stratford, Hackney, Wanstead etc. There is free off-street parking if you have access to a car, and only takes 10 mins, being under 4 miles from the Olympic site.

In the vicinity is Walthamstow Village where you will find many good restaurants and pubs (can recommend Trattoria la Ruga, Eat 17, Orford Saloon). Nearby Epping Forest and Hollow Ponds boating lake are ideal for summer walks.
